Wednesday, March 21, 2018<\/span><\/p>\n Confidential information<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cNotification about change of CI Games S.A. shares ownership status received from TFI PZU S.A.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs, that on March 21, 2018, the Company received the notification from Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (\u201cTFI PZU\u201d) according to which PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy and PZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Universum share ownership status in the Company as managed by TFI PZU decreased and is below 5% (\u201cNotification\u201d).
