Total amount of costs which were recognized as Issue costs indicating the amounts of costs according to their titles:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Costs incurred and estimated by the Company as at the day of this current report related to the Issue, amounted to PLN 7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred zlotys 00\/100), including:<br \/>\na) for the costs of preparation and implementation of the offer\/Issue \u2013 PLN 7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred zlotys 00\/100);<br \/>\nb) for underwriters remuneration \u2013 N\/A;<br \/>\nc) for preparing prospectus, taking into account advisory costs \u2013 N\/A;<br \/>\nd) for promotion of the offer \u2013 N\/A;<br \/>\ne) for legal advisory during Issue \u2013 PLN 0.00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">13.
