Total amount of costs which were recognized as Issue costs indicating the amounts of costs according to their titles:<\/p>\n<p>Costs incurred and estimated by the Company as at the day of this current report related to the Issue, amounted to PLN 7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred zlotys 00\/100), including:<\/p>\n<p>a) for the costs of preparation and implementation of the offer\/Issue \u2013 PLN 7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred zlotys 00\/100);<\/p>\n<p>b) for underwriters remuneration \u2013 N\/A;<\/p>\n<p>c) for preparing prospectus, taking into account advisory costs \u2013 N\/A;<\/p>\n<p>d) for promotion of the offer \u2013 N\/A;<\/p>\n<p>e) for legal advisory during Issue \u2013 PLN 0.00.<\/p>\n<p>13.
