Announcement of the Management Board of CI Games S.A. on convening the Extraordinary General Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d), pursuant to the regulations of Article 399 (1) in connection with Article 398 of Code of Commercial Companies, hereby convenes the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 14, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. (\u201cEGM\u201d). The OGMS session will take place in Warsaw at ul. Pu\u0142awska 182, in the IO-1 building.<\/p>\n

The full content of the announcement of the Company\u2019s Management Board on convening EGM together with the proposed agenda, information on the date of registration of the participation in the EGM, drafts of resolutions to be submitted at EGM, proxy form as well as form to exercise the right to vote at EGM  are attached to this current report.<\/p>\n
