July 5, 2017<\/span><\/p>\n Confidential information<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIncrease of share capital of CI Games S.A.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n In relation to the current report no. 45\/2017 of July 1, 2017, the Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs, that on July 5, 2017, pursuant to the decision of the Management Board of Gie\u0142da Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych w Warszawie S.A., 150,000 of series F shares were admitted to exchange trading and recorded on the securities account of entity which subscribed to these shares in relation to the implementation of the Incentive Programme addressed to key employees and associates of the Company, including the Members of the Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw.<\/span><\/p>\n Pursuant to the above and pursuant to the provision of art. 452 (1) of Code of Commercial Companies, the day the said Company\u2019s shares, subscribed by shareholders within the conditional increase of Company\u2019s capital were recorded on specific securities accounts, the Company\u2019s capital increased by PLN 1,500. After the increase, the Company\u2019s capital amounts to PLN 1.508.499,90 and is divided into 150,849,990 shares of nominal value of PLN 0.01 each share.
