Monday, June 12, 2017<\/span> Current and periodic information<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAppointment of Member of the Management Board of CI Games S.A.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs, that today, i.e. on June 12, 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed, with effect taking on July 1, 2017, Mr Maciej Nowotny for the current joint tenure of the Management and entrusted him with the function of Management Member.<\/span><\/p>\n Below, the Company presents the information on the newly appointed Member of the Management Board: Mr Maciej Nowotny has a wide experience in financial and investment departments of economic entities, including entities of capital market. Before he joined CI Games S.A. he was, among others, a Member of Management Board of Scanmed S.A. with its registered seat in Krak\u00f3w, and before that for five years he performed management and supervisory functions in companies associated with MARS FIZ Investment Fund with its registered office in Warsaw.
