\u201cRegistration of the increase of share capital of CI Games S.A. by registry court\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n The Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that today, that is on December 8, 2016, it received an information that on December 6, 2016, the registry court of the Company, that is Registry Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of National Court Register made a registration of the increase of share capital of the Company within the target capital, in accordance with the application the Company brought in the said Court on November 21, 2016. <\/span><\/p>\n After the abovementioned registration of the increase of share capital, the share capital of the Company amounts to PLN 1,501,499.90 (in words: one million five hundred thousand one four hundred ninety-nine and ninety grosz).
