\u201cConditional registration of 1,100,000 Rights to ordinary bearer series G sharers in Central Securities Depository of Poland\u201d<\/p>\n
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs, that on December 1, 2016, it received a notification that the Management Board of Central Securities Depository of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych \u2013 \u201cKDPW\u201d) on November 30, 2016, adopted a resolution no. 798\/16 on the registration in Central Securities Depository of Poland of 1,100,000 (one million one hundred thousand) Rights to ordinary bearer series G shares of the Company, of nominal value PLN 0.10 (ten grosz) each, under the code PLCTINT00067, on condition that the Rights to series G shares shall be allowed for regulated market. The registration of the abovementioned Rights to series G shares of the Company will take place within three days once the KDPW receives the documents confirming that the Rights to series G shares were allowed for regulated market.
