{"id":56960,"date":"2016-11-24T09:55:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-24T08:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cigames.com\/182016-the-ci-games-s-a-management-board-resolution-the-allocation-of-series-g-shares\/"},"modified":"2021-07-27T12:35:17","modified_gmt":"2021-07-27T10:35:17","slug":"182016-the-ci-games-s-a-management-board-resolution-the-allocation-of-series-g-shares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cigames.com\/en\/182016-the-ci-games-s-a-management-board-resolution-the-allocation-of-series-g-shares\/","title":{"rendered":"18\/2016 \u201cThe CI Games S.A Management Board resolution on the allocation of Series G shares\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CR no. 18\/2016<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe CI Games S.A Management Board resolution on the allocation of Series G shares\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs, that today, that is on November 21, 2016, the Management Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the allocation of 1,100,000 (one million one hundred thousand) ordinary bearer series G shares, issued in relation to the increase of share capital of the Company within the target capital (\u201cSeries G shares\u201d), about which the Company\u2019s Board informed in a current report no. 14\/2014 dated November 14, 2016. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Series G shares were offered by way of private subscription. The investors who acquired and paid for them correctly, were allocated the Series G shares in the total number of 1,100,000 at the issue price PLN 22.70 (say: twenty-two zlotys 70\/100) per one Series G share.
