{"id":56959,"date":"2016-11-18T09:55:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-18T08:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cigames.com\/172016-notification-the-acquisition-of-ci-games-s-a-shares-by-the-management-board-member\/"},"modified":"2021-07-27T12:02:14","modified_gmt":"2021-07-27T10:02:14","slug":"172016-notification-the-acquisition-of-ci-games-s-a-shares-by-the-management-board-member","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cigames.com\/en\/172016-notification-the-acquisition-of-ci-games-s-a-shares-by-the-management-board-member\/","title":{"rendered":"17\/2016 \u201cNotification on the acquisition of CI Games S.A. shares by the Management Board Member\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Current report no. 17\/2016<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">18.11.2016<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNotification on the acquisition of CI Games S.A. shares by the Management Board Member\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Management Board of the company CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201c<\/span><b>Company<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d) hereby informs, that today, the Company, under art. 19 (1) of the MAR regulation, received a notification from the Management Board Member, Mr Adam Pieniacki, dated November 18, 2016, on the acquisition by Mr Adam Pieniacki, for his own account, the Company\u2019s shares (\u201c<\/span><b>Notification<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In accordance with the Notification, as a result of the transaction made on a&nbsp;regulated market, Mr Adam Pieniacki acquired on November 18, 2016, 15,000 (say: fifteen thousand) shares of the Company at the price of PLN 24.20 (say: twenty-four zlotys 20\/100) each.
