ON APRIL 29, 2016&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Current report no. 8\/2016<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The list of shareholders holding at least 5% voting rights at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of CI Games S.A. on April 29, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u2018Company\u2019) informs that the shareholders holding at least 5% voting rights at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of CI Games S.A. held on April 29, 2016 (\u2018OGMS\u2019) included:<\/p>\n<p>1) Marek Tymi\u0144ski, who had 5,966,357 voting rights from his 5,966,357 shares of the Company at the OGMS, It accounted for 87.13% of the total number of votes at this OGMS and 42.88% of the total number of the Company\u2019s voting rights;<\/p>\n<p>2) PZU SFIO Universum, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Akcji Krakowiak, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Stabilnego Wzrostu Mazurek, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Akcji Ma\u0142ych i \u015arednich Sp\u00f3\u0142ek, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Zr\u00f3wnowa\u017cony, PZU SFIO Globalnych Inwestycji Subfundusz PZU Akcji Sp\u00f3\u0142ek Dywidendowych, represented by Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A., which had a total number of 772,000 voting rights from their 772,000 shares of the Company.
