\nThe content of the report:<\/strong>
\nThe Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that today, that is on March 30, 2016, the Company received a notification from the President of the Management Board of the Company, Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski, prepared in accordance with art. 160 (1) of July 29, 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 94; hereinafter \u201cAct\u201d) in Warsaw on March 30, 2016. According to the content of the abovementioned notification, Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski disposed on March 30, 2016 of 400,000 (four hundred thousand) of ordinary bearer shares issued by the Company at the price amounting to PLN 22.70 (twenty-two zloty 70\/100) for one share and at the total amount of PLN 9,080,000 (nine million eighty thousand zloty) for the whole volume of the shares, within the block transaction made on regulated market within the meaning of art. 14 of the Act (i.e. Warsaw Stock Exchange). Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski obliged himself to involve the remaining Company shares owned by him in a lock-up for the period of 6 months, starting from the day of the transaction. As a result of the said transaction Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski now holds in the Company 5,966,357 shares which amounts to 42.88% of the total amount of votes in the Company and 42.88% in the equity of the Company. Legal basis: art. 160 (4) of the act of July 29, 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments.<\/p>\n
