Report content:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201dCompany\u201d) hereby informs, that today i.e. on October 9, 2015 a notification from the President of the Management Board of the Company, Mr Marek Tymi\u0144ski, was delivered to the Company, dated October 8, 2015, on the acquisition of Company\u2019s shares made by Mr Marek Tymi\u0144ski. According to the abovementioned notification, Mr Marek Tymi\u0144ski, as a result of the transaction on a regulated market dated October 7, 2015 acquired in total 10,000 of shares of the Company of total value PLN 204,391.99. The average purchase price per share amounted to PLN 20.44. As a result of the abovementioned transaction, Mr Marek Tymi\u0144ski now holds 6,366,357 shares of the Company, which amounts to 45.75% of total number of votes in the Company and gives the right to exercise the voting rights of 6,336,357 shares of the Company at the General Meeting of Shareholders.<\/p>\n
