The subject of the contract is the distribution of the game \u201cSniper Ghost Warrior3\u201d on the territory of Australia and New Zealand (\u201dAgreement\u201d) The relevant provisions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly being in use, common for the provisions of these kinds of agreements. The Company has experience in the cooperation with QV Software, gained during the distribution of titles published by the Company in the past. The Agreement has been considered significant on the date of its conclusion, as the value of the subject of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of the Company.
