This constituted 80.73% of votes in the said EGMS and 45.68% of the total number of votes in the Company; 2) PZU SFIO Universum, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Akcji Krakowiak, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Stabilnego Wzrostu Mazurek, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Akcji Ma\u0142ych i \u015arednich Sp\u00f3\u0142ek, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Zr\u00f3wnowa\u017cony, PZU SFIO Globalnych Inwestycji Subfundusz PZU Akcji Sp\u00f3\u0142ek Dywidendowych, represented by Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A., having the total number of 1,172,112 votes for 1,172,112 shares.
