The Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that today i.e. September 4, 2015, the Company has received from two Supervisory Board Members, that is Mr Krzysztof Sroczy\u0144ski (being Supervisory Board Chairman) and Mr Lech Tymi\u0144ski, a notification on resignation from the function of a Supervisory Board Member, effective as of the day before the next General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company. Mr Krzysztof Sroczy\u0144ski resigned from the membership in the Supervisory Board for personal reasons. Mr Lech Tymi\u0144ski resigned from the membership in the Supervisory Board for health-related reasons. Legal basis: \u00a7 5 (1) (21) and \u00a7 27 of the regulation of Minster of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State.<\/p>\n
