In relation to the current report no. 20\/2015 of July 31, 2015 the Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw hereby informs that the reason for termination of the material agreement between CI Games USA Inc. and NAMCO BANDAI Entertainment America Inc. (“BANDAI NAMCO”) is the improper performance of the said agreement by BANDAI NAMCO. This information was not previously indicated in the current report no. 20\/2015 of July 31, 2015. This information is hereby given with the amended report no. 20\/2015 of July 31, 2015. Legal basis: \u00a7 5 (1) (5) and \u00a7 11 with relation to \u00a7 6 (2) of the regulation of Minster of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State.<\/p>\n
