The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that today, pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading, and public companies, the Company received a notification from QUERCUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“TFI”) on joint reduction of the funds: QUERCUS Parasolowy SFIO (Umbrella Specialist Open Investment Fund) and QUERCUS Abolutnego Zwrotu FIZ (Absolute Return FIZ) (“Funds”) of share in the total number of votes in the Company and on a drop below the threshold of 5% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”) of the Company. Pursuant to the content of the abovementioned TFI notification the reduction by the Funds of the shares held in the Company, being the subject of this report, is the result of Company’s shares disposal on a regulated market on July 10, 2015. As a result of the disposal of Company’s shares, being the subject of this report, Funds’ share in the total number of votes at GMS of the Company as of July 10, 2015 is as follows: The number of owned shares: 694,324. Percentage share in the Company\u2019s share capital: 4.99% Voting entitlement of shares: 694,324. Percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.99% Before the change in the volume of shares held by the Funds their share in the Company was as follows: The number of owned shares: 779,324. Percentage share in the Company\u2019s share capital: 5.60% Voting entitlement of shares: 779,324. Percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.60% The copy of the said notification from TFI the Management Board of the Company provides as an attachment to this report.<\/p>\n
