The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading, and public companies, the Company received a notification from Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Akcyjna with its registered seat in Warsaw (“TFI PZU”) on exceeding the threshold by the funds: PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy (Open Investment Umbrella Fund), PZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Globalnych Inwestycji (Specialist Open Investment Fund of Global Investments), PZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Uniwersum (Specialist Open Investment Fund Universum) (“TFI PZU Funds”) of 5% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”) of the Company. As a result of the acquisition of Company’s shares by the TFI PZU Funds and the settlement of the purchase of shares of June 11, 2015 in the total amount of 81 723 (eighty-one thousand seven hundred twenty-three) made on Gie\u0142da Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych w Warszawie S.A., the TFI PZU Funds’ share in the total number of votes at GMS of the Company is as follows: The number of owned shares: 772 888 Percentage share in the Company\u2019s share capital: 5.5544% Voting entitlement of shares: 772 888 Percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.5544% Before the change of owned assets by TFI PZU Funds their share in the Company was as follows: The number of owned shares: 691 165 Percentage share in the Company\u2019s share capital: 4.9671% Voting entitlement of shares: 691 165 Percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.9671% The copy of the said notification from TFI PZU the Management Board provides as an attachment to this report.<\/p>\n
