Report content:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs, that acting pursuant to the authorization of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company of 28 April 2015 (“OGMS”) contained in the resolution no. 17 OGMS, the Company launched the implementation activities of Incentive program for Company’s key employees and associates adopted by OGMS. The content of the OGMS resolution the Company’s Management Board published in the current report no. 9\/2015 of 28 April 2015. Today the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on adopting the Incentive program rules. Furthermore, acting pursuant to the resolution no. 17 of OGMS, the Supervisory Board named persons authorized to participate in the first stage of the Incentive program. Acting pursuant to the resolution no. 3 of the Supervisory Board of 25 May 2015 Company’s key employees and associates will take part in the first stage of the Incentive program, excluding the members of the Company’s Management Board. Within the first stage of the Incentive program 115,000 subscription warrants will be issued, allowing in the future for the acquisition of 115,000 series F shares.<\/p>\n
