The funds obtained by the Issuer as a result of the conclusion of the Agreement have been earmarked for financing the current operations of the Issuer, including for the production and promotion of games \u201cEnemy Front\u201d and \u201cLords of the Fallen\u201d. The repayment date of the above-mentioned credit shall at the same time be the date of termination (expiry) of the Agreement, which forms the Issuer\u2019s significant agreement, both on the date of its conclusion and the date of termination of the Agreement. In the opinion of the Issuer\u2019s Management Board, the termination shall not have adverse financial consequences for the Issuer.
