The subject matter of the agreement with Deck13 was the production of the game Lords of the Fallen (\u201cAgreement\u201d). The Agreement shall terminate on the date of receipt of the statement on the termination by Deck13. The Agreement with Deck13 was a significant agreement on the date of its conclusion and the date of submission of the statement on the termination. The reason for the termination of the Agreement is improper performance of the Agreement by Deck13. In the opinion of the Management Board, the termination of the Agreement shall not adversely affect the Company\u2019s results in 2015 and subsequent years.
