Pursuant to \u00a7 103 sec. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February, 19 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the terms for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 33 item 259, as amended) (the “Ordinance”), the Management Board of CI Games S.A. hereby provides dates for the publication of periodic reports during the financial year 2015: a) Consolidated and separate annual report for 2014 – March 23, 2015 b) Consolidated report for Q1 2015 – May 15, 2015 c) Consolidated report for H1 2015 – August 31, 2015 d) Consolidated report for Q3 2015 – 16 November 2015. At the same time, the Issuer’s Management Board declares that, pursuant to \u00a7 102 sec. 1 of the Ordinance, it will not publish a separate quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014; in accordance with \u00a7 101 sec. 2 of the Ordinance, it will not publish a separate quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2015 – pursuant to \u00a7 83 sec. 1 and sec. 3 of the Ordinance, it will not publish individual separate quarterly reports or separate semi-annual report, however consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report will contain the relevant quarterly financial information and condensed semi-annual financial statements together with a report on review by a statutory auditor.<\/p>\n
