The Management Board of CI Games S.A. announces that on June 16, 2014 the Issuer\u2019s Supervisory Board appointed Adam Pieniacki to CI Games S.A.\u2019s Management Board to perform the function of a Member of the Company\u2019s Management Board. The current term expired on June 16, 2014. Adam Pieniacki currently serves as the finance director of CI Games S.A. Adam Pieniacki has over two decades of experience in the finance departments of Polish and international companies. Prior to joining CI Games S.A., Adam worked for the Polpharma group and before that he spent five years as finance director at Prosper S.A. His career began in 1992 at Cuprum Bank S.A. He then worked at KGHM Polska Mied\u017a S.A., WIGROPOL Sp. z o.o. and FLEXPOL Sp. z o.o. Adam also served as finance director at U.S.-based global companies such as YORK Int, Johnson Controls and UPS. Adam is a graduate of the Economics Academy in Wroc\u0142aw and has completed numerous courses and workshops in finance and management. In 2006, Adam obtained the prestigious title of Finance Director of the Year. Adam also serves as the Finance Director of CI Games S.A. In accordance with a statement provided by Adam Pieniacki, he does not pursue any activities competing with those of the Issuer, is not a co-owner of any competing civil-law company or partnership and is not a member of the authorities of any competing corporate entity. Adam Pienacki does not appear in the Insolvent Debtors\u2019 Register, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.<\/p>\n
