The management board of CI Games S.A. announces that on April 7, 2014 it received a signed distribution agreement from UK-based Square Enix Limited concerning the sale of Enemy Front for the Sony Playstation\u00ae3, Xbox\u00ae360 and PC, and Lords of the Fallen for the Sony Playstation\u00ae4, Xbox\u00aeOne, and PC in the UK and Ireland. This agreement was acknowledged as significant since the Issuer’s revenue from its performance may exceed 10% of revenue from sales for the Issuer\u2019s Group for the last four trading quarters, which as at the moment of publishing this report amounted to PLN 107.3 million. The management board of CI Games S.A. believes that the Issuer’s equity level (PLN 79.4 million) is not a criterion allowing for correct assessment of the significance of the agreement. The provisions of this agreement do not differ from the terms and conditions normally applied for this type of agreement.<\/p>\n
