The management board of CI Games S.A. announces that on February 4, 2014 it received resolution no. 122\/2014 of the management board of Gie\u0142da Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych w Warszawie S.A. (the Warsaw Stock Exchange) concerning the admission and introduction to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange main market of series E ordinary bearer shares in CI Games S.A. In accordance with the resolution, the WSE\u2019s management board confirms that 1 264 999 series E ordinary bearer shares in CI Games S.A., with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, are admitted to stock exchange trading on the parallel market. Furthermore, the Stock Exchange’s management board rules to introduce the Issuer’s shares, as referred to above, to ordinary trading on the parallel market as of February 6, 2014, on condition that KDPW S.A. (the National Depository for Securities) registers the shares on February 6, 2014 under code “PLCTINT000018”. The Issuer’s management board simultaneously announces that on February 4, 2014 it received a communication from KDPW S.A., showing that, pursuant to its management board resolution 67\/14, dated January 24, 2014, 1 264 999 shares in CI Games S.A. were registered on February 6, 2014, under ISIN code PLCTINT00018.<\/p>\n
