In accordance with \u00a7 103, sec. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, no. 33, item 259 as amended) (the “Ordinance”), the management board of CI Games S.A. will publish periodic reports during the 2014 financial year as follows: Consolidated and separate annual reports for 2013 – March 21, 2014 Consolidated report for Q1 2014 – May 15, 2014 Consolidated report for H1 2014 – September 1, 2014 Consolidated report for Q3 2014 – November 14, 2014 The Issuer’s management board also declares that, in accordance with \u00a7 102, sec. 1 of the Ordinance, it will not publish a separate or consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2013; in accordance with \u00a7 101, sec. 2 of the Ordinance, it will not publish a separate or consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2014; in accordance with \u00a7 83, sections 1 and 3 of the Ordinance, it will not publish individual separate quarterly reports or a separate semi-annual report, however the consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report will provide quarterly financial information, alongside the condensed semi-annual financial statements together with statutory auditor’s report on review.<\/p>\n
