The Issuer’s management board announces that on January 9, 2014, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, approved an increase of the Company\u2019s share capital through the issue of series E ordinary bearer shares via a private placement completed on December 5, 2013, as disclosed by the Company in current report 43\/2013 of December 10, 2013. The Company\u2019s share capital was increased from PLN 1 265 000.00 to PLN 1 391 499.90, i.e. by PLN 126 499.90. The share capital increase was done through the issue of 1 264 999 series E ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, entitling to 1 264 999 voting rights at the Company\u2019s general meeting. As a result of the capital increase through the issue of series E shares, the total number of voting rights \u2013 resulting from all issued shares \u2013 is 13 914 999. The Company\u2019s management board hereby discloses the previous and amended content of the articles of association: previously \u00a7 10 sec. 1: \u201c1. The Company\u2019s share capital amounts to PLN 1 265 000.00 and is divided into: a. 10 000 000 series A ordinary bearer shares, numbered from 000000001 to 10000000, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each; b. 40 000 series B ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each; c. 2 500 000 series C ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each; d. 110 000 series D ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each.\u201d \u2013 new text: \u201cThe Company\u2019s share capital amounts to PLN 1 391 499.90 and is divided into: a. 10 000 000 series A ordinary bearer shares, numbered from 000000001 to 10000000, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each; b. 40 000 series B ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each; c. 2 500 000 series C ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each; d. 110 000 series D ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each; e. 1 264 999 ordinary series E bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each.\u201d The new consolidated text of the Company\u2019s articles of Association is attached.<\/p>\n
