The Issuer\u2019s Management Board deems the agreement strategic.<\/p>\n<p>The Xbox 360\u00ae video console is presently one of the most popular video games platform in the world. In the coming year, CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. intends to market 3 games for this platform.
