Mr Marek Tymi\u0144ski \u2013 having 7,233,704 votes at the EGM, constituting 84.6% of votes at the EGM and 57.69% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n<p>2. PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. managing funds of PKO\/CREDIT SUISSE \u2013 having a total number of 667,030 votes at the EGM, constituting 7.79% of votes at the EGM and 5.32% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n<p>3.
