The selected certified auditor is MISTERS AUDYTOR Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, holding a relevant certification issued by the National Council of Statutory Auditors (reg No. 63).<\/p>\n<p>The subject of agreements concluded with MISTERS AUDYTOR Sp. z o.o. shall be:<\/p>\n<p>1. Review of the standalone financial statement of City Interactive S.A. for the period 01.01.2009-30.06.2009;<\/p>\n<p>2. Review of the consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group of City Interactive S.A. for the period 01.01.2009-30.06.2009;<\/p>\n<p>3. Inspection of the standalone financial statement of City Interactive S.A. for the period 01.01.2009-31.12.2009;<\/p>\n<p>4.
