Changes in the make-up of the Company\u2019s Management Board<\/p>\n

The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. hereby informs, that on July 28, 2009 Mr Bartosz Duzinkiewicz submitted his resignation from the post of Board Member of the Company. On said date a meeting of the Company\u2019s Supervisory Board was held, who passed a resolution in the matter of appointing a new Board Member of the Company, Mr Artur Winiarski. Mr Artur Winiarski will be acting as the Company\u2019s Financial Director. Mr Artur Winiarski graduated in economy from the Economy Sciences and Management Department of the Miko\u0142aj Kopernik University in Toru\u0144 and completed postgraduate studies in International Accounting Standards at the Leon Ko\u017ami\u0144ski Academy in Warsaw. He is enlisted in the register of certified auditors. Mr Artur Winiarski worked between 1998 and 2009 in the financial and accounting department at Mega S.A. with its seat in Gdynia and between 2006 and 2008 acted as Board Member of that company. Since April 2009, he acted as Board Member and Managing Director at ATS Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, which provides book-keeping and accounting as well as payroll and human resources services to City Interactive S.A. Mr Marek Tymi\u0144ski, President of the Board and controlling shareholder of City Interactive S.A., is the sole shareholder at ATS Sp. z o.o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
