The agreement was concluded for a period of three years with an option of prolongation. Its provisions do not deviate from conditions commonly set forth in such types of agreements.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement has been deemed significant, as revenue from video games sales resulting therefrom may exceed 10% of the Company\u2019s own capital.
