As a result of transactions made on 2 February 2009, the investment funds managed by PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. increased its assets by 50,000 shares of CITY IINTERACTIVE S.A., thus exceeding the 5% threshold of the overall number of votes at the Company\u2019s General Meeting. The number of shares held by PKO\/CREDIT SUISSE funds prior to the change of shareholder structure was equal to 617,030 shares, which corresponded to 4.92% of the overall number of issued shares and entitled to 617,030 (4.92%) votes at the General Meeting.
