\u201cAcquisition of series F shares by Participants of the Incentive Programme of CI Games S.A.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

In reference to current report no. 17\/2017 dated March 1, 2017, and current report no. 23\/2017 dated April 5, 2017, the Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs, that on June 4, 2017, the subsequent period, lasting from May 28, 2017, ended, during which the Participants of the Incentive Programme for key employees and associates of the Company, including the Members of the Board of CI Games S.A. (\u201cIncentive Programme\u201d) were entitled to subscribe for series F shares issued by the Company for the purpose of Incentive Programme. The subscriptions for series F shares were accepted within private subscription by way of submitting their offer of acquisition of series F shares to persons indicated by the Company by Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. \u2013 Dom Maklerski BZ WBK with its seat in Pozna\u0144.<\/span><\/p>\n

From May 28, 2017, to June 4, 2017, the entitled Participants of the Incentive Programme acquired in total 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) ordinary bearer shares series F, for PLN 0.70 each share and of nominal value PLN 0.01 per each share. All shares covered by subscription were fully paid up.<\/span><\/p>\n

Series F shares are issued due to the conditional increase in the Company\u2019s capital in accordance with \u00a710b of the Articles of Association. Series F shares do not have document form.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the upcoming days, the Management will take steps to register the first stage of conditional share capital increase, referred to above, and to introduce series F shares to the regulated market, pursuant to the authorization contained in the resolution no. 17 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Company\u2019s shareholders of April 28, 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n
