{"id":52669,"date":"2017-03-03T00:05:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-02T23:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cigames.com\/162017-appointment-of-new-term-management-board-members\/"},"modified":"2021-07-27T14:28:02","modified_gmt":"2021-07-27T12:28:02","slug":"162017-appointment-of-new-term-management-board-members","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cigames.com\/en\/162017-appointment-of-new-term-management-board-members\/","title":{"rendered":"16\/2017 \u201cAppointment of new-term Management Board Members\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Current report no. 16\/2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>March 1, 2017 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Current information <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAppointment of new-term Management Board Members\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to \u00a7 13 (1) of the Articles of Association, appointed new-term Members of the Management Board of the Company, the new Members being:<\/p>\n<p>Mr Marek Tymi\u0144ski \u2013 appointed as the President of the Management Board,<\/p>\n<p>Mr Adam Pieniacki \u2013 appointed as a Member of the Management Board,<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Monika Rumianek \u2013 appointed as a Member of the Management Board.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with \u00a7 13 (2) of the Articles of Association, the term of the Member of the Management Board lasts five years, and the Management Board is appointed for a joint tenure. The new tenure of the Management Board of the Company shall start on June 29, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The resumes of the Members of the Management Board of the new tenure can be found on the Company\u2019s website in the \u201cInvestor relations\u201d tab.<\/p>\n<p>None of the new-term Members of the Management Board is involved in the competitive activity against the Company, is an associate in competitive private partnerships or commercial partnerships or is a member of any company\u2019s body or a member of any competitive legal entities\u2019 body.
