February 10th, 2017<\/span><\/p>\n Registration by the Court of a change of the share capital structure of Cl Games S.A.<\/b><\/p>\n In relation to the current report no. 11\/2017 of February 10, 2017, the Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that the Registry Court of the Company, i.e. District Court for Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on February 9, 2017, registered a change of the share capital structure of the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n The current structure of the share capital of the Company is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n The share capital of the Company amounts to PLN 1,501,499.90 and is divided as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n – 100,000,000 of ordinary bearer shares series A of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;<\/span><\/p>\n – 400,000 of ordinary bearer shares series B of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;<\/span><\/p>\n – 25,000,000 of ordinary bearer shares series C of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;<\/span><\/p>\n – 1,100,000 of ordinary bearer shares series D of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;<\/span><\/p>\n – 12,649,990 of ordinary bearer shares series E of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share;<\/span><\/p>\n – 11,000,000 of ordinary bearer shares series G of nominal value PLN 0.01 each share.<\/span><\/p>\n Change of the share capital structure of the Company does not result in change of the Company\u2019s Ownership structure.
