(\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company which took place on January 31, 2017, one Company\u2019s shareholder voiced their objections to the following resolutions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Resolution no. 4\/2017 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of January 31, 2017 on the division of Company\u2019s shares and changing the Articles of Association;<\/li>\n<li>Resolution no. 5\/2017 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of January 31, 2017, on the change to the resolution no. 17\/2015 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the CI Games S.A.
