“Publication dates of periodic reports in 2017”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pursuant to \u00a7 103 section 1 of the Finance Minister\u2019s regulation of 19 February 2009 regarding publication of current and periodic reports by issuers of securities and conditions under which reports legally required by non-member states are considered equivalent to same (hereafter referred to as \u201cthe Regulation\u201d), the Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2017:<\/p>\n

  1. Periodic reports for 2016:
    \n– Separate and consolidated yearly reports for 2016: 31 March 2017;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. Periodic reports for 2017:
      \n– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017: 24 May 2017;
      \n– Consolidated semiannual report for 1H 2017: 7 September 2017;
      \n– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2017: 22 November 2017.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In accordance with \u00a7 101 section 2 of the Regulation the Company will notpublish a quarterly report for Q2 2017.<\/p>\n

      The Company further announces that in accordance with \u00a7 83 sections 1 and 3 the aforementioned consolidated quarterly and semiannual reports will include abridged versions of quarterly and semiannual financial reports for each of its subsidiaries. Accordingly, the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports or a separate semiannual report.<\/p>\n
