If you did not receive answer from technical support of CI games, check your email’s SPAM folder or contact your internet service provider – message with answer could have been rejected.
If the Steam client is not installed on the PC yet, the installation application can cause some problems when selecting various languages. When the 'Steam installer is missing' error message becomes displayed during the installation process please run the installation again in English (language can be changed on the language selection page). In order to change the Steam client language after the game is installed, please open the client, select the 'Steam' tab and choose 'Settings' from the drop-down list. When the Settings window appears, please select 'Interface' tab and there change language to any of your preference. After accepting the changes, Steam will require to restart the application - please confirm that message. If you want to change the in-game language, please open the Steam client, go to the library, click on the game name with the right mouse button and select the 'Settings' options. In the settings window go to 'language' tab and change the in-game language.
