Marek Lech Tymiński graduated from the Management Programme in Canadian International Management Institute, Management Development Programme at the University of Virginia and Leadership Development Programme and Advancing Global Leadership Programme in the Center for Creative Leadership. In 1997 he launched his first business enterprise. In the following years, he was Board Member and associate in numerous companies from the electronic entertainment industry. Adam Pieniacki has over two decades of experience in the finance departments of Polish and international companies. Prior to joining CI Games S.A., Adam worked for the Polpharma group and before that he spent five years as finance director at Prosper S.A. His career began in 1992 at Cuprum Bank S.A. He then worked at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., WIGROPOL Sp. z o.o. and FLEXPOL Sp. z o.o. Adam also served as finance director at U.S.-based global companies such as YORK Int, Johnson Controls and UPS. Adam is a graduate of the Economics Academy in Wrocław and has completed numerous courses and workshops in finance and management. Monika Rumianek in CI Games is in charge of all aspects related to the HR management. She joined CI Games S.A. in 2013. She has several years of experience in the field of HR. For many years she worked for Executive Search companies where she was responsible for the overall support of recruitment projects. Frank Chiechi is a videogames industry veteran of over 21 years and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from L.I.U CW.Post. Frank has held executive sales management positions with Acclaim Entertainment, Majesco Entertainment, Ubisoft, and most recently SEGA of America. He is a North America distribution specialist and also specializes in operations in Central and South America. Frank maintains big box retailer experience in the U.S., Canada and South America.
